I have one unknown hardware on my computer - how do I find out what it is?

Question:

I have one unknown hardware on my computer - how do I find out what it is?
We had a friend build us a computer and he neglected to install drivers for several things. They've all been sorted, but there is still one unknown piece of hardware on it. I followed the steps for the hardware wizard to figure out what it was, but had no luck.

How do I find out what it is?
Additional Details
You can't right click on hardware listed in the hardware wizard list.

Darn right a name would be helpful because if I knew the name I'd know what it is and I wouldn't be asking this question.

OK this is all the info that comes up when I do that
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
Location: on Intel(R) 82801GB/GR (ICH7 Family) LPC In

Best answers:

Answer 1:
rightclick on it, choose properties, name would be handy here. don't sound like hardware, but does sound like software or call friend

Answer 2:
RUN
type- devmgmt.msc
you can see it

Answer 3:
devmgmt.msc will not identify unknown devices.
I have decent results using this little program
